Dried coconut, flakes & coconut powder
Dried flakes, shreds and fine coconut powder do not fill a pouch in the same way. Identify the product form and the intended retail use before choosing a flat sachet or a standing resealable pouch. Keep the food-product brief separate from coir and other industrial coconut by-products.
- Size & capacity
- Measure the actual flake or powder bulk, the intended fill and the usable opening. Include headspace and the top sealing area; do not size the pack using an unrelated nut or grain sample.
- Material brief
- Review oil content, aroma, moisture sensitivity and the intended storage conditions with the selected laminate. Document the food-contact layer and the complete structure in the material proposal.
- Artwork & print
- Keep flakes, desiccated coconut and powder variants clearly identified. Reserve the opening, closure band and any window so the main product name remains readable after filling.
- Packing & handling
- Explain powder dust, fine shreds and the chosen filling method. Confirm the filled pack, seal area and outer-case arrangement using the actual coconut product.
