Bedsheet & bedding-set packaging
Printed bedding packs bring the bedsheet, matching pillow covers and product insert into one retail presentation. The Bombay Dyeing example shows a defined brand panel and product illustration. Develop the pack around your own folded set, component count and insert rather than selecting a bag by mattress size alone.
- Size & capacity
- Measure the approved bedsheet fold with all pillow covers, boards and inserts in position. Record the finished width, height and thickest point, then allow for insertion and the selected closure. Keep single, double and larger set sizes on separate drawings where their bundle depths differ.
- Material brief
- Compare clear display panels with opaque printed faces, and specify the proposed film, seams, closure and any handle separately. Review surface contact and presentation using the actual textile and insert, including any colour transfer or snagging concerns.
- Artwork & print
- Show the set contents, fabric design, size variant and product code clearly. Reserve the intended viewing area and locate the insert, barcode label and printed branding around the completed folded bundle.
- Packing & handling
- Pack a complete set using the intended folding routine. Check that corners and boards do not strain the seams, the closure opens cleanly and the selected print face remains readable inside the dispatch carton.
