Dehydrated onion flake pouches
Compare a visible flake pack with an opaque printed alternative using the actual dried product. The pack needs usable space around irregular pieces and a practical opening, rather than the dimensions of a powder bag with the same weight.
- Size & capacity
- Record the flake dimensions, settled quantity and top closing space. Check the chosen window after filling and normal settling.
- Material brief
- Request the proposed dry-food structure against the product and storage brief. Identify a window construction separately if included.
- Artwork & print
- Show flake grade and portion clearly. Keep the viewing panel and the approved product information from competing for the same area.
- Packing & handling
- Trial filling without crushing the flakes to make them fit. Review pouring and the filled pack inside the dispatch carton.
