Mango pulp retail portions
Define the pulp as it will be filled, including its flow and any pieces. Compare a cut-open portion with a fitment option around the intended use, keeping a photographed pouch format separate from a claim about processing suitability.
- Size & capacity
- Measure the proposed fill, occupied volume and required opening. Mark the closing allowance and the filled pouch dimensions.
- Material brief
- Submit the pulp recipe and processing brief for a complete layer and seam review. Do not choose a structure from its metallic appearance alone.
- Artwork & print
- Keep mango product identity, portion and variable information legible. Map any cut-open instruction against the agreed opening location.
- Packing & handling
- Trial filling, closing and emptying with representative pulp under the agreed review conditions. Retain the sample and its material reference.
